SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be processed during normal business hours. Orders usually ship within 12-24 hours. Tracking is provided via email as soon as your order ships. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For example: You place an order on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. We use UPS or USPS for shipping. Please be advised that all expedited orders may take up to 24 hours for processing and dispatch.
Express and AIR shipping
Orders placed using express, overnight or expedited shipping services that are placed before 1pm est are shipped same day.
Order Tracking
UPS Tracking numbers will be sent via email when an order is shipped from our warehouse. Tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.ups.com.
Shipping Restrictions
For any other shipping instructions, please include them in the "Add Comments about Your Order" box when you check out. In the rare event that the shipping charges are much greater than those quoted to you by the website, we will contact you via email or phone notifying you of the extra charges prior to shipping out your item. Any extra charges to Azmok.com by UPS will be charged to your credit card accordingly.
As a service to our troops serving outside of the country, we can ship to APO’s via USPS. This might delay shipment for up to a week as we do not get the post office regularly. We will do our best, though, to get there as soon as possible.
Delivery Requirements
For your protection and ours, all of our watches require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS driver to deliver it to a neighbor. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch.
Shipping to an Alternative Address
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address," which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may cause a considerable delay in the processing of your order.
Shipping Issues
If an item is damaged when received, the insurance company must conduct an investigation. Please contact Azmok.com to initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the package. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton, as the insurer may want to inspect it.
Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When complete, a replacement item will be shipped out. If that item is no longer available, Azmok.com will refund your payment. You can also use your payment towards another similar watch.
When your order is received, please check it carefully. If there are any problems with your order, please contact Azmok.com as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections.
If the package is undeliverable customer is responsible for original shipping paid to dispatch the order as well the shipping we are paying to get it back to our warehouse.
